Do you plan trips for travellers from outside India?
Yes. We plan private, tailor-made tours across India for guests from any country — the Golden Triangle, Rajasthan, Kerala, Varanasi and the Himalaya — with a private car and driver, English-speaking guides and 24x7 support on the trip. You plan everything with us over WhatsApp, phone or email before you fly. International guests are quoted in US dollars and pay by bank transfer. See India tours for international travellers.
Can my trip start from any city in India?
Yes. Every trip is planned from your own city — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow or anywhere else — and the itinerary is built around how you reach the starting point. We can arrange flights and airport transfers as part of the plan.
Do you also plan international holidays from India?
Yes — private, tailor-made holidays to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Thailand, Bali, Singapore and Malaysia, the Maldives, Qatar and Azerbaijan.
Do you run fixed group tours?
No. Every trip is private — for couples, families and private groups — and built around your dates, hotel style and pace. We do not run fixed-date departures where you join other travellers.
How do I get a quote, and how quickly do you reply?
Send your dates and ideas on WhatsApp (+91 76499 29992), by phone, by email (help@itinerarydiary.com) or through any form on the site. A travel designer replies within one working day with an itinerary and an itemised quote. There is no charge and no obligation. Indian travellers are quoted in rupees with a GST invoice; international guests are quoted in US dollars.
Is Itinerary Diary a registered company?
Yes. Itinerary Diary Tour and Travels is GST-registered, MSME-registered and registered with the Ministry of Tourism. Our head office is in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, with an office in New Delhi and an international office in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. We are rated 5.0 from 269 Google reviews.
