1. About us & our role

Itinerary Diary Tour & Travels is a registered Indian travel house (GST and MSME registered) that designs private, tailor-made journeys. For many services we act as an agent between you and independent suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators and local guides. Those suppliers have their own terms, which also apply to your booking.

2. Enquiries & quotations

Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation. Itineraries and quotations we share are proposals based on the information you provide and on availability at the time. Prices and availability are confirmed only when a booking is made and payment received.

3. Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and the agreed deposit or payment has been received. Payment schedules (deposit and balance due dates) will be set out in your quotation or invoice. Some services — such as flights, peak-season hotels and special experiences — may require full or non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & inclusions

Each quotation states exactly what is included and excluded. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips and anything not expressly listed. Prices are based on current rates, taxes and exchange rates and may change before booking is confirmed due to factors outside our control (for example fuel surcharges, government taxes or currency movement).

5. Changes by you or by us

If you wish to change a confirmed booking we will do our best to accommodate you; changes are subject to availability and to supplier charges. Occasionally we or our suppliers must change arrangements — for example due to weather, operational or safety reasons — in which case we will offer the closest suitable alternative.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the terms of the individual suppliers involved. Please read that policy before booking.

7. Travel documents, visas & health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas, and any required health or vaccination documents for your journey. We are glad to advise, but requirements can change and final responsibility rests with the traveller. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

8. Liability

We take great care in selecting our partners. However, as we act as an agent for independent suppliers, we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by those suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, natural events, strikes, government action or force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Website & intellectual property

The content, design, text and imagery on this website are owned by or licensed to Itinerary Diary Tour & Travels and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or automated enquiries.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
